Service Description
A guided breathwork experience designed to help your body release tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a clear, balanced state. This group experience is grounding and supportive. Emotional release may happen, but the focus is regulation, safety, and connection. What to bring : Water Comfortable clothing An open mind Yoga mat(optional we will have some available)

Cancellations & No-Shows • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being marked as used. Refunds & Transfers • This plan is non-refundable once purchased. • Sessions may not be transferred or shared with another person. Scope of Service • Somatic sessions are not psychotherapy or medical treatment. • Clients agree to participate responsibly and communicate any concerns. Ethics & Safety • CY Wellness reserves the right to pause or discontinue sessions if a client requires a higher level of care. • Referrals will be provided when appropriate.
